Student Financial Accounts Appointments

Register for an individual appointment with one of our Student Financial Accounts representatives who will help you navigate the billing process, explore all of your options and provide answers to whatever questions you may have.

Document Drop-off:

If you only need to drop off documents for either Financial Aid or Student Financial Accounts, please use the mailbox slot located outside of suite 150 in Clifton Robinson Tower. Be sure your student ID number is on all documents dropped off.

Before You Register:

For the health and safety of others, if one or more of the following applies to you within 14 days of your visit, we kindly ask that you decline participation and schedule for a later date (contact us here with any questions or concerns):

• Have been recently diagnosed with COVID-19 or advised by a public health official to get tested for COVID-19
• Have had any COVID-related symptoms in the last 48 hours, including:
  • Fever of 100 F (37.8C) or above, or possible fever symptoms like alternating chills and sweating
  • Cough
  • Trouble breathing, shortness of breath or severe wheezing
  • Chills or repeated shaking with chills
  • Muscle aches
  • Sore throat
  • Loss of smell or taste, or a change in taste
  • Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
  • Headache
• Have been within 6 feet of a person with a lab-confirmed case of COVID-19 for at least 5 minutes, or had direct contact with their mucus or saliva in the past 14 days
