See all the exciting things that are happening at Baylor University! We welcome student, church or other large groups to join us for a group tour of Baylor's award-winning campus.

So that we can plan the best experience for your group, you will first submit the below tour request. Once submitted, our team will be in touch shortly to coordinate all the specifics with you!

So that we can create the best experience possible, group visit requests must be made at least three weeks in advance.
We strive to accommodate as many requests as possible, but due to staffing limitations and scheduling conflicts, we regret that some requests may be declined.

What activities are you interested in your group participating in while visiting Baylor?

Campus Tour

Experience this guided hour long walking tour by one of our student leaders. We will split larger groups up into smaller sizes to make the experience more enjoyable. In order to provide an excellent campus visit experience for a large group, we must limit the size of the group to a maximum of 75 students and require one sponsor for each 20 students.

Admissions Presentation

Learn about the application process to Baylor University from our admissions professional staff members.

Our Admission Presentations are held daily at 12:30 p.m.

Challenge Course

Bond with your team at high or low ropes courses. This addition is dependent on the size of the group and availability of the team. This option includes additional cost.

Lunch

Dine on campus at one of our premier dining facilities. Cash is not accepted and the cost is $11+tax per guest, however, tax can be removed with a valid tax-exemption certificate.

Mayborn Museum

Explore interactive exhibits that feature many educational opportunities. The student admission fee is $7 per student.

Guidelines Agreement

Please carefully read our on-campus group visit guidelines below.

Please note that your visit is not confirmed until you receive a final details/confirmation email. Do not finalize any travel plans until you receive this email.
In order to provide an excellent campus visit experience for a large group, we must limit the size of the group to a maximum of 75 students and require one chaperone for each 20 students.
Group sponsors are responsible for the safety and well-being of their students at all times while on campus.
Groups are welcome to eat lunch at Penland Residential Restaurant during a visit. Reservations must be made in advance by using an online reservation form, which will be linked in your confirmation email.
The use of electronic devices such as mobile phones are not permitted during tours.
If at any time during the campus visit the group is deemed unruly or unmanageable by Baylor staff, the tour will end.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellations.
Please notify Admissions Visit Experiences at (254) 710-TOUR (8687) if a late arrival is anticipated. Scheduled activities may need to be adjusted or cancelled for groups arriving more than 15 minutes late.
