Baylor Campus Tour (2 hours)

Explore Baylor's award-winning campus with a student-led tour! During this 2-hour adventure, you'll see some of our favorite spots on campus, get a look inside our housing facilities & communities and hear about student life directly from your student tour guide!

If you are interested in connecting with an Admissions staff member or have more specific questions, feel free to drop-in and speak with an Admissions Host anytime from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. The Admissions Host's office is located to the right of the John Cheng Welcome Desk on the first floor of the Hurd Welcome Center.

Meet with One Stop Financial Aid (30 minutes)

In our Financial Aid presentations offered Monday-Friday, we will cover the financial aid application process and available scholarships for students.

Additionally, the One Stop Financial Aid office offers walk-in appointments Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm. The One Stop office building is located at the Student Union Building on the third floor.

The Louise Herrington School of Nursing offers upper division (junior and senior) bachelor and master programs at the Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, a world-famous teaching and research hospital. Undergraduate students will complete the first 60 hours of their program in Waco and often apply for housing in the Teal Residential College.

The Discovery Flight (4 seats) is completely optional, requires a window of 2 hours, and is $339. If you are interested in a Discovery Flight, we will reach out regarding scheduling and fee payment.

If you are scheduled for this option, lunch is provided for the student, and it is $12.00 for each additional guest.

Meet with an Admissions Counselor (20 minutes)

These appointments allow you to connect directly with an Admissions Counselor for a one-on-one appointment where you can get answers to your specific questions about the admissions process, financial aid, and Baylor campus life!

The Admissions team will do their best to register you for an appointment when you are on campus but, if schedules are limited, you may be able to meet with the on-duty Admissions Host in the office immediately to the right of the John Cheng Welcome Desk when available. Alternatively, you can always schedule a virtual appointment with your admissions counselor at baylor.edu/meet.
