The Carr P. Collins Scholars Program was established to recognize and reward students who have demonstrated leadership through service.
Application requirements: 1. Completed scholarship application (below) 2. Resume of your high school honors, awards, achievements, extracurricular activities and community service 3. Handwritten essay of no more than 500 words illustrating your concept of leadership and how your community service experiences have impacted your life 4. Nomination for the Carr P. Collins Scholars Program from a teacher, counselor or principal that includes a brief explanation of why you deserve the scholarship
Nominations may be submitted by uploading a document on the application or your nominator's information below. The nominator will receive an email to upload their nomination letter from scholarships@baylor.edu.
